You’ll soon find out why so many people – including famous chefs like Delia and Nigella – praise this wonderful flavour.

The secret, if there is one, is how our turkeys are raised, over several months, using drug- and GM-free feed. The turkeys roam through open fields daily and at night sleep in barns on deep straw with plenty of fresh air.

The turkeys are prepared by hand adopting the plucking method of ‘days gone by’, and hung in a chilled maturation flavour for a minimum of 10 days, to develop even more flavour.

KellyBronze Turkeys are beautifully moist and full of flavour with densely textured meat – A REAL TREAT TO EAT!
